Members of the public hold shares in Renner Park Property Limited which holds 100% of the shares in Renner Park Golf Limited, the company which operates the golf course on Oropi Road. The company has not yet paid a dividend.

At this time, Renner Park Property Limited is not looking to raise funds from the sale of shares to the public and has no current registered prospectus. There is no mandate from existing shareholders for the issue of new share capital.

From time to time existing shareholders wish to sell their shares and either approach the directors advising their desire to sell, or introduce potential purchasers for their shares. Under the company’s constitution potential new shareholders have to be approved by the directors before shares can be sold to them. Currently the board policy is to meet with interested shareholders prior to any transactions taking place.

The directors do keep an informal register of interested purchasers in the event an existing shareholder expresses a desire to sell and has not already arranged a purchaser.

Once a purchaser is approved, the seller and purchaser independently complete price negotiations then meet with a director who will assist with the documentation. The board attends to the registration of the share transfer and charges the seller a $100.00 fee for administering the process.
